Hi guys! It’s the tenth day of Blogmas and it’s time to talk about one of our favorite topics around here: makeup! I’ll be guiding you through a new makeup look that I’ve created for this post and I’ll be showing you old ones so you get some inspo from them as well. For this year’s makeup look, I wanted to do a different and creative, glittery look. As you’ll see in past years’ makeup, I use gold, green and red a lot during this season, and this time it was no exception.
For this look, I mainly used the shades Mikai (red) and Ew (turquoise green) from Nikkie Tutorials x Beauty Bay palette (review here) and KVD Vegan Beauty‘s 10th Anniversary Palette for the gold glitter and the darker red and green. I also used their Studded Kiss Creme Lipstick in Santa Sangre for the lips. I’m also wearing the amazing faux mink lashes Alter Ego (£4.00) from Lash Dupe. I’m obsessed with them!
The first thing I did applying the lighter red and green shadows before blending some of Basic Trut from the same palette. After doing that, I added more depth to my look with the darker shades from the KVD palette. Then, I used white concealer to create the cut crease and put some glitter glue over so the gold shade would look more intense. Then, I did another smaller cut crease in which I would use the opposite color in that eye. I also applied that shadow towards the end of the lower lashline. I also added some gold to the inner corner. I finished the look off applying my base, contour, blush and highlight.

¡Buenos días! Es el décimo día de Blogmas y es hora de hablar de uno de nuestros temas favoritos por aquí: ¡maquillaje! Te guiaré a través de un nuevo maquillaje que he creado para esta ocasión y te mostraré algunos de años anteriores para darte un poco de inspo. Para el look de maquillaje de este año, mi intención era crear un look diferente, creativo y brillante. Como verás en los maquillajes de años anteriores, el oro, verde y rojo son mis básicos durante esta temporada, y esta vez no fue la excepción.
Para este look, utilicé principalmente los tonos Mikai (rojo) y Ew (verde turquesa) de la paleta de Nikkie Tutorials x Beauty Bay (reseña aquí ) y la paleta del décimo aniversario de KVD Vegan Beauty para el brillo dorado y los rojos y verdes más oscuros. También usé el labial Studed Kiss en Santa Sangre para los labios de la misma marca. Las pestañas son de visón sintético o faux mink, de la marca Lash Dupe, en Alter Ego (£4.00). ¡Estoy obsesionada con ellas!
Lo primero que hice fue aplicar las sombras rojas y verdes más claras antes de difuminar con Basic Trut de la misma paleta. Después de hacer eso, agregué más profundidad a mi look con los tonos más oscuros de la paleta KVD . A continuación, usé corrector blanco para crear el cut crease y puse un poco de pegamento para glitter para que el tono dorado se viera más intenso. Luego, hice otro segundo cut crease más pequeño sobre el anterior, y lo rellené con el color opuesto al que había usado en ese ojo.
