Review: All Bare! (Raw) Palette – W7 Cosmetics | Must-have?

W7 is rocking it lately: whether it’s face products like their Princess Potion Primer (review here), palettes, or even skincare products… they never cease to amaze us. This time they’ve done it with their new range of All Bare! Palettes. Today I will show you swatches, looks, and my final opinion on the Raw version. Keep reading!

All Bare! (Raw) Palette by W7 Cosmetics - Review, Swatches & Looks / Paleta All Bare! (Raw) de W7 Cosmetics - Reseña, Swatches y Looks

The palette includes 9 shades in matte and shimmer finishes, with a combination of nudes, reddish and brown tones. It’s very small and compact, something that I honestly see as an advantage by now because of the little space it occupies. The packaging, like the shadows, is (intentionally) very similar to the Rich Nude Obsessions palette (€30.95) from Huda Beauty.

Texture & Application

The shadows are very creamy and apply wonderfully. The only ones I’ve found a bit drier than the rest have been the red and brown shades in the last row, but in general, they’re easy to work with both with brushes and fingers (especially shimmers) and have a very high quality for the price they have.

They blend very well with each other and little product goes a long way.

Pigmentación y Swatches

In the image on the left there is only one swipe with the finger, and in the image on the right, two. As you can tell, the shadows are quite pigmented, especially the shimmers. The darkest matte shades are a bit off in that sense, though, but they apply nicely and that’s where they come through.

Looks

Conclusion: Is it worth it?

I love this palette. For its price (2,99€, £4.95 or $6.50), it’s really good and worth giving a try. The tones are beautiful, especially the shimmers, which are the stars of the palette (with a reason). Besides, even though the ideas for makeup looks are a bit limited in terms of types of tones, I can see myself giving it a lot of day to day use as well as night glams.

Lo único que le falta, en mi opinión, es una sombra blanca para poder difuminar mejor las sombras o para sellar el primer de ojos. Es un tono que podemos adquirir de muchas otras paletas, pero que sinceramente es bastante necesario.

The only thing missing, in my opinion, is a white shadow to blend the shadows better or to set the eye primer. I feel like we get bored of seeing it in every palette until we don’t find it in one ad we realize just how necessary it is. But it’s no biggie.

Another thing that I want to add is that this palette is a dupe, and whether you want to buy a copy of a palette or not – that’s each individual’s choice to make. Personally, this is something I tend to be against unless it’s for reviews or brands like Huda Beauty, which are not cruelty-free.

That is why I have given it 4.25/5 roses.

And that’s it for today! I hope you liked this post and that the swatches gave you an idea of how the palette works. Hope to see you in the next post!
